Mastering the Unconscious Mind, Understanding the Unconscious Mind, & Professional Life Mastery are all eligible for tax relief from the federal Government as deductions for education. In addition residents of Manitoba are now eligible for 60% of the tuition to be returned through the Manitoba Tax Rebate Program.
Manitoba Tax Rebates
Trance-Action Consultants students are eligible to claim the tuition rebate in the year that they graduate if they have obtained employment in MB. They have up to 10 years to begin claiming benefits under this program. The rebate is claimable as a reduction of MB income tax over a period of 6 years. A 2007 graduate could file their 2007 income tax return and claim their eligible rebate amount on form MB428 – Manitoba Income Tax by completing form T1005 (available on the Canada Revenue Agency website at http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/t1005/t1005-07e.pdf ).
This new tuition rebate, combined with the existing tuition and education deduction on the tax return, will allow most grads to recover most, if not all, of their tuition fees.
